The Muhlhauser Barn is available for rent through West Chester Township. It is a seasonal facility available April through early November. The Barn has no heating and no air conditioning, but is equipped with large ceiling fans, operable windows and a gas fireplace.
The large, open space can accommodate about 220 people. An open loft area can also accommodate guests, but is accessible only by stairs. Round guest tables, rectangular banquet tables and chairs are available for use by renters.
The Barn features a kitchen prep area only. All food must be prepared off-site. There is an outdoor area available for grilling.
The Barn opens onto a large deck with additional seating overlooking a pond.
