‘Savor’ These Winter Treats

Phil may have predicted an early spring, but any Ohioan Cincinnatian
knows that this town can experience all four seasons in one week. Now that the
Queen City has reverted back to winter temperatures, the need for a proper
winter menu can be heart-warming with everything the Cincinnati caterers at
Raffel’s Catering have to offer.
Looking
for a date night, a Leslie Knope-themed “Galentine’s Day,” or still
need plans for Valentine’s Day? Cincinnati catering comes in a new form with
the help of the Heritage Village Museum. Taking Valentine’s Day classics to
heart, the Heritage Village Museum is hosting their annual Chocolate, Champagne,
& Candlelight event on Saturday, February 13. Guests can indulge in
countless chocolate desserts, champagne (for those 21 and over), and bid in a
silent auction, all while listening to the Chris Comer Trio play the night
away. Tickets are $25 per person, and advanced registration is required by
Wednesday, February 10.
A
member of the nonprofit organization, Historic Southwest Ohio, the Heritage
Village Museum is a history museum that’s located in Sharon Woods Park. Guests
can take self-guided walking tours or guided tours and explore the village to
see what life was like in Ohio during the late 1700s and the 1800s. All
proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Heritage Village Museum, which will
put the proceeds toward improving the village and exhibits, ensuring future
generations can take a journey into Ohio’s past. The Chocolate, Champagne,
& Candlelight night is being held at Raffel’s Evendale banquet center.

savor the warmth and fight off this late winter freeze. Always one to provide

several sizes. Ideal for lunch, the Winter Warm-Up Special includes wraps and
soups. As always, vegetarian and vegan options are available. Continuously working to ensure catering in

Wrap and soup choices range from turkey club to broccoli cheddar to other
favorite comfort foods.
